Wild fermented with 20% whole bunches this has trademark spice with strawberry and raspberry aromas. The palate is medium to full bodied with fine sandy tannin's. Vinification 7 day wild ferment with regular pump over. 20% whole bunch inclusion. 16 months in seasoned French oak. Bottled without fining or filtration in September 2014.
